The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, copywriting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging email copy designed to improve customer engagement and conversions.
- Manage campaigns using Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor email marketing metrics and use performance insights to improve future campaigns.
- Support email marketing strategy and execution to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant email marketing experience.
- Experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of email campaign management and A/B testing.
