Compunnel Inc. is hiring a Lead – People & Culture professional for its Mohali location. The role is suited to candidates with 5–7 years of relevant experience who can build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and translate HR strategy into practical organisational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build effective partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Drive employee engagement, employee experience, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Support implementation and ongoing management of Performance Management Systems (PMS).
• Coordinate performance review cycles and related employee processes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable people strategies.
• Support initiatives focused on employee growth, retention, and organisational effectiveness.
• Balance employee needs and people priorities with operational and business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve engagement, performance, and the overall employee experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement practices.
• Strategic thinking combined with a proactive, hands-on working approach.
• Ability to align people initiatives with business goals.
Work Arrangement:
• Location: Mohali, Punjab.
• Work mode: On-site.
• Shift: 3:00 PM to midnight.
