FirstMeridian Global is hiring Software Engineers at L1/L2 levels for opportunities in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Indore. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in software development and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
The role focuses on building and supporting scalable backend systems, developing RESTful APIs, working with relational and non-relational databases, and contributing to performance optimisation and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain backend components using Python and .NET technologies.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including complex queries.
• Use Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation or processing tasks where required.
• Work with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Use Git for source control and collaborative development.
• Apply basic or working knowledge of React when supporting full-stack development tasks.
• Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver maintainable software.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Docker and container-based development.
• Microservices architecture.
• Serverless application design.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
