Cantik Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Desktop Support Engineers across Gurugram, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Sangli, and Akola. This full-time opportunity is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience who want to build their careers in IT support and infrastructure.
The selected candidates will provide desktop and laptop support to end users, install and configure operating systems and applications, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain reliable day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop and laptop technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Configure printers, Microsoft Outlook, and basic network connectivity.
• Manage IT support tickets and work toward timely issue resolution.
• Maintain IT asset records, including asset tagging, inventory tracking, allocation, and stock updates.
• Assist with IT asset audits, hardware assignments, and asset return processes.
• Deliver professional and efficient end-user technical support.
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of desktop support and computer hardware.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and LAN/WAN.
• Basic understanding of IT Asset Management and Inventory Management.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility:
Candidates with BCA, B.Sc. in IT/Computer Science, a relevant diploma, BE, B.Tech, or an equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply. Freshers with good technical knowledge and strong communication skills are welcome.
A bike and valid driving licence are preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time opportunity.
