MG Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced professionals to join its US Healthcare Voice Process team in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in an international voice process and possess excellent communication skills. Immediate joiners are required, and candidates must have a career gap of no more than four months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through an international voice process.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
- Listen to customer queries and provide appropriate information or assistance.
- Follow established communication procedures and maintain professional call-handling standards.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the required systems.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain accuracy while handling customer requests.
- Coordinate with relevant teams when additional assistance or issue resolution is required.
- Maintain service quality and a positive customer experience.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Career gap must not exceed four months.
- Willingness to work in a fixed US shift.
- Candidates must not have a recent Lead Generation or Demand Generation profile.
- Candidates expecting a negative salary hike are not eligible.
- Candidates classified as a Red Exit without a clear exit are not eligible.
Compensation and Benefits:
- CTC up to ₹40,000.
- Approximate in-hand salary of ₹35,000.
- Additional performance-based incentives of ₹7,000.
- Fixed US shift.
- Saturday and Sunday fixed weekly offs.
- Cab facility is not available.
