Amaze Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated and capable US Technical Recruiter to join its recruitment team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The role involves identifying, sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for technical positions in the US job market. The ideal candidate should understand IT roles and technologies, be familiar with US staffing arrangements and work authorisation categories, and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities for technical and IT positions in the US market.
- Understand job requirements and technical skills needed for open positions.
- Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and evaluate relevant skills and experience.
- Understand US staffing engagement models, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Maintain working knowledge of US visa categories and employment authorisation requirements relevant to candidate screening.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand recruitment priorities.
- Manage multiple job requirements and maintain an organised candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support negotiation and offer coordination where required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.
- Build positive relationships with candidates and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Work toward recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and process standards.
