Net2Source (N2S) is seeking experienced IT / Engineering Recruiters to join its recruitment team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The opportunity is suitable for recruitment professionals with 1–5 years of experience who can identify qualified candidates, understand technical hiring requirements, and coordinate recruitment activities efficiently.
The successful candidate will support technology and engineering recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining talent pipelines, and working with recruitment stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for IT and engineering positions.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Identify candidates whose technical skills, professional experience, and qualifications align with open requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming IT and engineering requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and relevant hiring stakeholders.
- Follow up on interview feedback, selection decisions, and candidate availability.
- Manage multiple recruitment requirements and prioritise activities according to hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking system information.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams and stakeholders to clarify role requirements and candidate expectations.
- Support timely candidate submissions and recruitment closures.
- Build professional relationships with candidates and support a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment progress and contribute to team hiring targets.
