Frimon TechLabs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join its recruitment team in a 100% remote position based in India.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment and a sound understanding of the Indian IT hiring market. The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various IT positions while coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting timely recruitment closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and client hiring needs across different IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and identify candidates whose skills and experience match hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical background, experience, availability, and suitability.
- Recruit IT professionals for positions such as Software Developers, Java Developers, Python Developers, .NET Developers, Data Analysts, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and other technology roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
- Discuss salary expectations with candidates and support offer negotiations.
- Submit suitable candidate profiles within agreed timelines and hiring requirements.
- Manage multiple job openings and prioritise recruitment activities according to urgency.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.
- Track recruitment progress and work towards agreed hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
- Understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective candidate follow-up and relationship management.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet hiring targets in a remote environment.
