NR Consulting is hiring Sourcing Specialists to support IT and US IT recruitment. The position is work from home, with a night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for IT and technical positions.
- Review job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Use Naukri and other candidate-sourcing platforms.
- Apply keyword searches and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen candidate profiles and coordinate with candidates.
- Support recruitment activities for US IT staffing requirements.
Selected candidates must be willing to attend initial training at the Noida office for 7–10 days. US IT Recruiters with experience using Naukri and other sourcing platforms are also welcome to apply.
Work-from-home arrangement after the required initial office training. Other benefits are not specified.
