Clean Electric Private Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for its facility at Kuruli, Chakan, Pune. The vacancy announcement specifies 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and improve 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke practices.
• Optimise manufacturing processes and shop floor layouts.
• Maintain and update PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support machine commissioning and production readiness activities.
• Contribute to manufacturing quality improvement and process efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production performance.
• Prepare manufacturing reports, presentations, and operational updates using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support time studies, risk assessment, and continuous process optimisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and core quality tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and shop floor layout design.
• Understanding of manufacturing process optimisation, time studies, and risk assessment.
• Ability to work with production, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing teams.
