- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Work on technical requirements and niche IT skill sets.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support recruitment activities to meet client hiring requirements.
