J Infratech Limited is hiring professionals for its QS, Planning and Billing department to support highway and infrastructure projects in Karnataka, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh. Candidates with experience in EPC, Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), and highway projects are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and construction measurements.
• Prepare running account (RA) bills, interim payment certificates (IPC), and subcontractor bills.
• Monitor planned versus actual project progress and identify deviations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Handle quantity reconciliation, variations, and extra-item claims.
• Coordinate with site, planning, client, and commercial teams.
• Maintain billing records and project documentation.
Required Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of quantity surveying and measurement verification.
• Knowledge of billing, quantity reconciliation, and progress monitoring.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is preferred.
• Experience with highway, EPC, or HAM projects is preferred.
The role is suited to construction and civil engineering professionals who can support accurate project measurements, billing, progress tracking, and commercial documentation across highway projects.
