Expertlancing Research Services LLP is hiring an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional for its Gurugram office. This is a work-from-office role requiring 8–10 years of experience in in-house recruitment. Candidates with consulting-industry experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and strategic hiring.
- Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and recruitment priorities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Develop and implement effective candidate-sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the hiring process.
Candidates should have strong recruitment, sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
