Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements.
• Source candidates using US job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups with account managers.
• Support documentation and compliance processes, including VMS and background checks.
• Work toward daily and weekly hiring targets.
• Maintain effective candidate communication and recruitment records.
Required Skills:
• Prior experience in US staffing, particularly Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on experience with US job portals.
• Ability to work US shifts.
