Pinnacle Technology is hiring US Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, and Lead Recruiters for its recruitment operations in Noida, Sector 63. Candidates should have 1–5 years of US Staffing experience, preferably with MSP/VMS recruitment and direct-client staffing exposure. This vacancy focuses on the Non-IT / Light Industrial domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for US staffing requirements.
• Source and identify suitable candidates for Non-IT and Light Industrial positions.
• Screen candidates against role requirements and relevant experience.
• Coordinate candidate submissions and recruitment updates.
• Work with hiring stakeholders and clients to support recruitment delivery.
• Maintain candidate communication and recruitment pipeline progress.
• Follow relevant MSP/VMS processes where applicable.
• Support timely fulfilment of staffing requirements.
Required Skills:
• 1–5 years of US Staffing experience.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and submission.
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Direct-client recruitment exposure is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
Shift and Benefits:
• Location: Noida, Sector 63.
• Work arrangement: On-site.
• Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
• Schedule: 5 days working.
