Tata Elxsi Limited is seeking Verification & Validation Engineers for its Healthcare and Medical Devices engineering programs in Pune, Bengaluru, and Thiruvananthapuram. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, with medical device product development exposure preferred.
The role focuses on verifying that medical device systems and software meet their requirements and validating that intended product functions operate as expected. Candidates should understand quality-focused product engineering, testing practices, and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support verification and validation of medical device software or systems.
• Prepare, review, or execute test procedures based on product requirements.
• Record test results, identify defects, and assist with issue investigation.
• Maintain appropriate test evidence and requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with system, software, and firmware engineering teams.
• Support design control, software lifecycle, and risk management activities.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
• Verification and validation experience in medical device product development.
• Understanding of testing methods and traceability.
• Exposure to IEC 62304 and ISO 13485.
• Knowledge of SDLC, design controls, and risk management.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum experience: 2+ years, as stated in the hiring announcement.
